DESCRIPTION:  \nAges: 5-10yrs \nWhen: July 11th-15th; 9am-12:00pm \nWhere: St. Andrews Lutheran Church- Gym 260 N Northwest Hwy \nComponents of the Camp will include: \nStretching: Learning proper stretches for warming up\nCheers: Learning 4-7 cheers\, depending on age group\nJumps: Learning 4 different cheer jumps\nDance: Learning a 30 second – 1 minute dance routine\, depending on age group\nSmall Groups: Participants will split into teams of 7-10\, reviewing jumps\, the dance routine\, and cheers learned. \nParents will be invited to the performance showcase on Friday\, July 15th at 10:30am. Participants should be dressed in\ntheir camp t-shirt and hair bow (provided by the camp). The performance will include:\n All camp cheers (2 cheers)\n Dance level 1\n All camp jumps\n Dance Level 2\n Small Groups Routine\n Dance Level 3 \n  \n

SUMMARY:Spirit Cheer Uniform Fittings
DESCRIPTION:Please have your daughter wear a sports bra or tight fitting tank top and shorts\, as we do not have fitting rooms. \n\nA $50.00 uniform deposit (personal check) is required for every uniform. Your personal check will be returned to you when the uniform is turned back in at the end of the season.  (Returned uniforms must be freshly-laundered and in good condition.) Please make personal checks payable to “Park Ridge Cheer” with your child’s first and last name written in the memo section. Siblings deposits may be combined on one check. \n\nNo cash deposits will be accepted. If you do not return the uniform(s) on the designated uniform return day\, your deposit check will be forfeited. \n\nPark Ridge Spirit Cheer provides each cheerleader with a cheer uniform top and skirt\, pom-poms\, game day hair bow\, and a sweatshirt.   Other items typically needed for the season are black shortie-shorts\, white sneakers\, white socks\, long white sleeve turtlenecks\, and black leggings for those cold weather days. These items are purchased by the participant.
