DESCRIPTION:Pre-season Referee Mtg is Monday\, July 3rd at 12 PM at Prospect Park. Mel’s Craft BBQ will be served! Instructions and uniforms will be given out then and there. Prior  experience is preferred – games start week after Labor Day\, ends at Halloween. \nThe Park Ridge Football program provides an opportunity for young men and women to be a youth football referee for our flag football games. Football officiating can provide a person with a sense of pride\, self-respect\, and most importantly\, confidence. \nPark Ridge Football will provide a referee shirt\, flag\, whistle\, and the initial instruction necessary to officiate a football game at our mandatory meeting in July. It is the responsibility of each individual to know and understand the rules of the game\, and to commit to improving their skills. \n7th graders – Associate Referees – for Little Demons Flag Division\n8th to 12th graders – Referees – for all remaining Flag Divisions\nReturning Referees – Umpires – will lead the officiating crews\nAs 1099 referees\, our pay scales starts at $20 per hour long game as an Associate Ref\, then $25 per game as a Ref\, and $35 per game for Returners. \nIf interested in reffing this Fall\, just let Rob Leach know via text at 312-888-0198\, recruit your friends to do it with you\, or simply come on July 3rd at Noon to 1 PM to get our Flag rules\, your ref uniform\, and instructions to register for games in Reftown.
