The check will be held and returned uncashed when equipment is returned at the end of the season.\nIf this is your player’s first year playing Park Ridge Falcons tackle football\, please also bring a copy of the player’s birth certificate.\nPlayers must attend equipment pick-up so they can be properly measured and fitted for equipment.\n\nPlayer Evaluations\nPlayer evaluations will begin on July 30. Coaches at each level will lead the evaluation process and determine player placement based on performance\, development needs\, and the overall needs of the team. \nWhile each coaching staff may take a slightly different approach\, our program’s philosophy is to place players where they can best develop while also maximizing opportunities to participate in games at an appropriate skill level. Player safety\, coachability\, sportsmanship\, growth\, and fun are at the center of every placement decision. \nAttendance at evaluations is expected and considered mandatory\, except for vacations or other unavoidable circumstances. Evaluations also help with conditioning and prepare players for the season ahead. If your child will be absent for any reason\, please notify the coaching staff as soon as possible. Coaches can only evaluate what they are able to observe\, so attending all scheduled sessions gives each player the best opportunity to be fairly evaluated.
