Spring is the perfect time for youth athletes in Park Ridge to develop speed, agility, strength, and confidence before their next competitive season.
The Park Ridge Football Speed, Agility & Skills (SAS) Training Program is a 4-weekend off-season training series designed for multi-sport athletes who want to improve overall athletic performance.
This program focuses on foundational athletic development that translates across multiple sports.
Whether your athlete plays travel football or other sports throughout the year, SAS training helps them move better, compete harder, and perform at a higher level.
Program Details – Spring 2026
- Duration: 4 weekends (April & May 2026)
- Fridays – Apr 17th, Apr 24th, May 1st, May 8th OR
- Saturdays – Apr 18th, Apr 25th, May 2nd, May 9th
- Session Length: 1 hour 45 minutes (choose one)
- 2nd – 4th Grade (FRIDAY Sessions) 5:10pm
- 2nd – 4th Grade (SATURDAY Sessions) 5:10pm
- 5th – 8th Grade (FRIDAY Sessions) 7:10pm
- 5th – 8th Grade (SATURDAY Sessions) 7:10pm
- Location: Oakton Sports Complex
- Capacity: Limited to 100 athletes per session
- Participation: Athletes may register for up to three SAS sessions for progression and repetition
Limited space ensures strong coaching attention and high-quality instruction.
Eligible Age Groups & Pricing
- Current 2nd–4th Grade: $165
- Current 5th–8th Grade: $185
Early registration is strongly encouraged as sessions typically fill quickly.
