BGYFL Falcons Coaches Meeting
August 13 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Coaches’ Kick Off Meeting – check -in 5:45pm, meeting start is 6:45pm. Cash Bar starting at 5:30pm. , Westin Lombard, 70 Yorktown Shopping Center – Check in 6:00pm-6:30pm. We will have checkin by town at the assigned tables. Name tags for the coaches entered in the Google Form will have name tags to pick up. We will start the meeting promptly at 6:45pm and hope to finish around 8:45pm. The cash bar will be open at 5:30 pm in front of the meeting room.
Mandatory for Head Coaches ($25 fine/team if the Head Coach is not there). No practice for the levels during the meetings – Coaches’ Books will be available at the end of the meeting – one/team
