The season officially starts the last Monday in July when teams are eligible to begin pre-season summer practice. Depending on level/team, pre-season summer practice generally is 4 days per week until the start of the school year. After the start of the school year (generally in mid-late August), practice is limited to 3 days per week (generally Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday), and for no more than a total of 6 hours per week. During the season, some levels/teams will also hold film sessions and/or walk-throughs.
